For questions regarding your ticket purchase, please contact our ticketing team: 01806-570070 – Mon.-Sat.: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. For other questions regarding your visit, you can reach our team here.
The Exhibition is self-guided, and we expect guests to spend 60-90 minutes exploring.
For sessions sold in 30 minute increments, you will have the full 30 minute window to arrive for your session. If you are later than 30 minutes, we will be able to accommodate you in the following session as long as space allows.
Tickets for the Exhibition provide one-time entry. Once guests are inside the Exhibition, they may not re-enter. Should a guest need to step out of the Exhibition for an emergency, please notify the nearest staff member.
All guests age 15 years and under should be accompanied by a guest of at least 16 years of age.
Guests of all ages can experience Harry Potter: The Exhibition, however, some immersive elements may be scary for young audiences.
Yes! We encourage visitors to celebrate the Wizarding World by dressing up. Wands are also permitted inside the exhibition. Please share your photos with us using @harrypotter_exhibition and #HarryPotterExhibition!

All guests ages 3 and up require a ticket for entry. Ages 2 and under are welcome to visit, and do not need a ticket. Please note that strollers are permitted, but guests may be asked to check in their strollers during periods of high visitation.

Flex and VIP tickets make great gifts as they allow guests to purchase tickets without pre-selecting a date or time for their visit. These can be redeemed at any time during the month selected at purchase.
If you have a Flex ticket, you are welcome to visit the Exhibition on any date or time within in the selected month that we are open. There is no need to confirm your time before you arrive. Please refer to our operating hours above when planning your visit. Most guests spend 60-90min inside the Exhibition.
Harry Potter: The Exhibition is committed to the health and safety of our staff and guests. As such, all local, state, and territorial regulations are followed in each venue.
Yes! Each location is accessible to guests with limited mobility, and wheelchairs may be provided during your visit on a first come, first serve basis. For guests with hearing disabilities, closed captioning subtitles are available on most of the galleries’ media screens.
Guests with sensory sensitivity should be aware that the exhibition features ambient music, sound bites from the films, non-strobe flashing lights, motion triggered sound and video, and other media moments throughout.
Only registered service animals may be allowed in the Exhibition. Please check in at the venue box office upon arrival to provide documentation for your service animal.
Oversized bags and backpacks may be asked to be checked at the venue lobby during periods of high visitation.
Small hand-held cameras and phones are welcome, but please note that we do not allow professional camera equipment such as external lighting inside the Exhibition. We encourage guests to take plenty of photos during their visit – feel free to tag us on Instagram @harrypotter_exhibition!
Due to restrictions within the venue, strollers are not permitted inside the Munich Exhibition.

Because we are showcasing authentic props and costumes from various Wizarding World productions, displayed items will vary by venue.
Harry Potter: The Exhibition is a celebration of all eight Harry Potter films and the greater Wizarding World. Iconic story moments and behind the scenes information are featured throughout the experience. It is not necessary to have seen all the films in order to enjoy the Exhibition, but visitors will see content from the full timeline of the franchise.

Timed-Entry Tickets: Choose this ticket type to enter on your selected date at any time during your chosen 30 minute window. For instance, if you purchase a 1:00pm ticket, you may enter anytime between 1:00pm and 1:30pm. Select a date from the calendar, then select what time range you’d like to attend (morning, afternoon or evening). From there, select your preferred time session.

- By Taxi – The distance between the center of Barcelona and Port Vell (Pla de Miquel Tarradell) is 2 km, approximately 10 minutes by cab.By Metro – Line 4 (L4) Barceloneta station. Head towards Pg. Joan de Borbó until you reach Port Vell (Pla de Miquel Tarradell), the Exhibition is a 10 minute walk.
- By Bus – Bus lines V15 and V19 arrive at the stop Pg. Joan de Borbó – Pepe Rubianes, the closest to Port Vell (Pla de Miquel Tarradell).
- By Train – From Passeig de Gracia station, change to the yellow metro line (L4) to the Barceloneta stop. From Pl. Catalunya station, go to Pl. Urquinaona, where you can take metro L4. You can also take bus 47 to the stop Pg Joan de Borbó, or the V15 in Via Layetana to the stop Pg Joan de Borbó – Pepe Rubianes.
Guests are welcome to visit the venue by bike. Please note, bike parking will not be availble within the Exhibition; however, there are bike storage spaces available throughout Porte Vell.
